This is a 60 minute class to offer a dynamic warm up, then 20 minutes of metabolic conditioning (Met-Con) to offer cardio and strength training. This is a fun class. We do a 1 minute work to rest ratio, choosing 3 different compound movements, for a full body work-stretching, floor work, mobility sequences, somatics, and yoga to get your whole body stretched out. I offer modifications if you are newer to the practice and the class gives you options to move at your own pace.
